Biography

Biography

Dr. Paige serves as the Director of Retention and Engagement within the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. Her work focuses on student engagement, leadership development, and retention strategies that prioritize student success and wellbeing. As a reflective practitioner, Paige bridges the gap between teaching, research, and the student experience to identify and implement systemic improvements.  A certified Change Management Specialist (CMS), she is an active change agent and a dedicated advocate for the evolution of biomedical engineering and engineering education, broadly.

Research Interests

Dr. Paige is interested in research that centers on infusing critically reflective practices into both the classroom and co-curricular leadership development experiences. Her research focuses on the student experience, particularly students' preparedness, retention, leadership development, and professional identity development at the intersections of engineering self-efficacy and persistence.
