Research Interests
Prof. Ke's research focuses on DNA nanotechnology, working on bio-inspired programmable nanomaterial and its applications for molecular biophysics, therapeutics, and materials science. His current work aims to elucidate the mechanisms by which cells and extracellular matrices respond to mechanical forces, designing nanodevices for single-molecule biophysics, nanophotonics, and drug delivery and tissue engineering.
