Thesis Related Guide and Forms:

• Institute Thesis and Dissertation Manual
• Advisor-Graduate Student Thesis Commitment Form: Initiated by student. Required once via DocuSign.
• Advisor Financial Arrangement Form: Initiated by the advisor in the event of a financial arrangement. Required every semester via DocuSign.
• MS BMED Thesis Defense Announcement Form: Initiated by student at least 14 days before the presentation. 

Non-Thesis Related Form:

• MS BMED Project Permit Form: Initiated by student after discussion with project advisor.

Use the Graduate Change of Major Form if you are changing your degree program from Thesis to Non-Thesis, or vice-versa. Complete via DocuSign.
