John Lau

John Lau is interested in the development and implementation of innovative teaching methods that enhance his students’ ability to quickly learn, master, and recognize when and how to effectively apply their design thinking and analog visualization skills. He strives to teach his students how to clearly and quickly communicate their design ideas visually using simple hand sketching skills throughout the medical device design process from the earliest nascent conceptual phases all the way to the final design proposal and documentation phases.
