Wendy Cocke is a seasoned chemical engineer with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and a proven track record in leading cross-functional and international projects. As the founder of Engineering Leadership Solutions LLC, she specializes in organizational development through the enhancement of people, processes, and best practices.

Professional Experience

  • Extensive leadership roles across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, transitioning from engineer to project leader, manager, and director.
