GT Owned Equipment Loans
The Equipment Loan Agreement must be completed prior to taking GT-owned equipment off campus. The completed form should be submitted to email@example.com for processing.
- To dispose of any items purchased through the Institute, complete the Equipment Surplus Form and submit it to the BME inventory coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The department coordinator will schedule the pickup. Note: If computers are being disposed, please remember to remove the hard drives, complete and affix the Surplus Computer Components sticker.
