Graduate Organizations

  • Bioengineering and Bioscience Unified Graduate Students
    The Bioengineering and Bioscience Unified Graduate Students

    BBUGS is the largest, most diverse, graduate student group on the Georgia Tech campus. The BBUGS group serves as the core student group for the bioengineering and bioscience community.

  • Black Graduate Student Association
    Black Graduate Student Association

    Dedicated to the enhancement of the graduate experience for African-American students and students of African descent at Emory University.

    GSAB provides a platform for BME graduate students to collectively give feedback to and work with the graduate program administration to help insure that the graduate program continues to improve and adapt.

    A national professional development organization aimed at supporting the LGBTQIA community at Georgia Tech.

  • BME Undergraduate Mentoring Program
    Undergraduate Mentoring Program

    A competitive scholarship program that serves to develop the next generation of leading bioengineering and bioscience researchers by providing a comprehensive undergraduate research experience for a full year.  Participating graduate students serve as mentors.

    A high school science education program developed at Georgia Tech in partnership with Coretta Scott King, B.E.S.T. Academy, and KIPP Atlanta Collegiate.
